Needs :
1) Authenticate users hotspots.
2) Redirect users to the captive portal if they are offline or if their sessions are complete.
3) Set sessions duration (timeout, idle, ...)
4) Set a bandwidth per user.
5) Configure the wallgarden. (Allow access to the captive portal, to facebook to authenticate, to google to authenticate).
