Software Architect

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to develop high-level designs and implementation plans for software development in accordance with best industry practices, and also to guide our team of developers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other professionals to determine the functional requirements for new software applications
- Use established tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces
- Develop high-level product specifications with keen attention to platform integration
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and work-flow to coding standards
- Communicate in a clear manner all concepts and guidelines to the development team
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with objectives
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, flexibility and scalability
- Ensure that all software meets state-of-the-art security standards
- Rigorously test and approve each product before launch

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of proven experience as software developer and architect with reputable companies
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages
- Excellent knowledge of software applications design and architecture, especially in cloud-based applications
- Good understanding of modern UI/UX designs
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles
- A sharp intellect with keen attention to detail
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field from reputable institutions
