Our website is only 8 pages of lightweight content and html embedded to live stream events. We have a global event coming up with 20,000 expected viewers.

There we need our site to be running as efficiently as possible.

The goal is to make our website load in under 1.5 seconds, by Tuesday. Expecting people to optimize code, images, LScache and reconfigure maxCDN (if required) without damaging functionality.
