I simply need to record live tv and have it stored. I will provide you with a server and need help building it. Here are my requests:

What I would like to have:
- Recording live sports in 1080p 60fps (30 fps is fine)

What I need:
- Recording live sports in 720p
- Recorded shows on a docker so my team can download as the game progresses to edit and then is able to download again once the game is complete. Hope to turn all videos into .mp4s
- Need to be able to download myself as speed is key

What I believe is the solution:
- HDHomerun(SilliconDust) with Emby served on Docker (willing to try other approaches
