URGENT! Need a for highly skilled Skype-For-Business VoIP Engineer (Voice over IP)

Looking for a highly skilled & experienced Skype for Business VoIP Engineer to help with a project for the deployment of an On Premise VOIP Telephony system leveraging MSFT Skype for Business. Candidate must:

- be highly skilled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Designing & Configuring PBX VOIP solutions, especially using SFB (Skype for Business)
- have very strong Skype for Business, VoIP skills
- have extensive knowledge & strong experience in Network management knowledge, server knowledge (edge & mediation servers) and well rounded in all Microsoft Infrastructure concepts around Telephony
- have strong knowledge of Office 365, domains, tenants and how Federated domains work
- be able to quickly get on conference calls with Project Team to provide support during US business hours.
- be able to work within US Business hours
- have proficient & fluent in spoken English, as direct engagement with end client will be required

Some of the immediate tasks will include:
- configuring Cloud voicemail
- setup conference call policy
- fixing GAL (Global Access List)
- formatting phone #s
- discovery of current design/setup & update documentation
