Need a professional to overtake an ARMA 3 vehicle project

I am looking to have somebody with professional experience to take over a mod that I was working on, as it has become far too complicated for me to move past the phase of amateur modeling using Blender. I have an APC that I am currently looking to have finished and finalized for Arma 3, and if this is something a person can manage to do I have others Id also like to possibly pay somebody to package for me. I can manage some level of scripting and modeling/texturing but due to my personal career I just dont have the time to devote to this project. I am looking for it to be taken over, optimized for the Arma 3 program.
