I have a project that I would like to develop but I need help writing a clear description that I can give to a developer to build. This is a fairly simple back end, online server program that allows users to upload a zip file which is then processed online. I have a step by step detailed description written out that I can provide.

The deliverable will be the full outline as a word document or google docs document.
