Repair plugin/code problem in e-commerce word press site

We have a problem with a ecommerce wordpress site. Seems to be database/plugin/code related. The problem sometimes causes problems for our host server. Some bugs use too many resources as well. Right now our SHOP is not working/showing for 1 of the 2 languages we have (English/Thai). We want to pinpoint and solve the exact problems instead of reinstalling all plugins/theme as that causes too many other problems.
We need an experienced analytically skilled programmer who can analyze the code and find the code/plugins that causes the various problems.
