Looking for Attorney to support in the trademarking under a Non-Profit 501(c)3. Looking to trademark two names, one is the Non-Profit name and the other is the name of a campaign. We are aware of the different forms, however need guidance on how to proceed in solidifying these forms so that the trademark is done correctly.
