Using the provided existing conditions survey and floorplan, prepare conceptual floorplan and 3D model for renovation of a 3 story home with basement.

1. Conduct virtual screen-share meetings to establish requirements and review proposed design
solutions.
2. Prepare conceptual floor plans based on requirements
3. Prepare 3D model

All drawings to be provided in PDF, CAD and native 3D format.
