Woocommerce to Excel integration

I am looking for someone who has in-depth experience working with Woocommerce, Excel, VBA and macros. Depending on the capabilities of the person, I could have more work. For this job though, this is what I am looking to do:

- A customer places an order on our website
- Once the order is executed, information is exported out of Woocommerce into an Excel template
- From there, the template is saved as a PDF and saved in a specific folder

Depending on the product or service that was purchased, the template would change.
