Website developer who wants to co-found a company To make money and help people.

I have a great business model that sits within an untapped area of an already proved and successful topic that will help many people while also generating cash with little maintenance after set up.

This is a start up company and Im willing to give a percentage of the business to the friendly, driven, easygoing web developer in return for his / her services in the assistance of producing the simple platform.

I do not have the skills required to streamline an interactive online website but I do know great potential and a gap in the market.
