Implementing scripts for object detection

The deliverable is a number of scripts partly self-written partly provided by us. In the end, there should be an easy way to get the performance of an object detection model by a given ground truth data with labels and a number of predictions with labels and coordinates. IoU is one and the first metric but more might follow over time.
We are looking for an experienced developer with expertise in object detection (deep learning), computer vision (OpenCV) and automation with Python 3.X.
There might be future changes and optimations to the script after the contract has ended for which we need a freelancer on Toogit who will be available at least till April 2020 for support. Also we expect quick response during working hours from 9 AM till 5 PM GMT+2.
