website hacked - fix a 301 redirect to an unknown site

When you type in my website address, 50% of people will come to the correct website (my website) but 50% of people will go to another businesses website.

I have spoken to my website developer and because he cannot create the issue he cannot fix it. He told me to speak to my hosting provider but my hosting provider also cannot recreate the issue and said that it was peoples browsers being outdated. So I asked people which browser they are using - some desktop, some mobile, some safari, some chrome, some iPhone, some Samsung - all are different.

I will provide a details as well as a screenshot of the Facebook developers debugging tool that shows the issue. I also used Tor Browser and was able to create the issue.
