Developer Needed to Create Restaurant Wait List Application for Wordpress

We are a restaurant that is beginning to expand to new locations and we need a restaurant wait list feature so that we can keep track of our waiting customers accurately. We had a system built before, but the developer did not do what we asked nor did he give us access to the code so that we could edit.
Our ideal wait list includes a timer that shows how long each party stays at a table, a feature to easily turn tables, and we need it to post to a database that logs all of the information that is easily accessible. We also need the option to add new locations as we are rapidly expanding.
