Web developer needed for quick site

We looking for an experienced developer to build our website in bootstrap and jquery/javascript.
We have a similar website already built, so you can use that HTML/CSS as a base to get started.

The website itself is very simple and flat, and wont require anything complicated.

Project:
- Need to build the menu, footer and two pages at different breakpoints.
- Build Login and signup forms.
- Will need to be crossbrowser compatible
- Clean & commented CSS and HTML
