Need a design for a new company logo, including brand identity

I am after a logo and branding for a new company, I am after someone who can provide something simple that will stand out. I would also like business card outline put together.
The company is in construction and is being built around providing apprenticeships to street kids to give them a future; I dont need this to be front and center, but there could be an option to work it in.
The theme of the business is building futures.
I have some basic outlines but happy for anything to change. The company name is ABRIC which has come from A Brick which is the building blocks of construction and also links back to building futures; the brick could be apart of the logo in some way.

I need to include the original vector source file created in Adobe Illustrator (AI), a PDF thats also vector, as well as raster JPEGs and/or PNGs that you can place in Word Docs, emails, website listings, etc.. They should come in 3 folders... CMYK (for print), RGB (for web or TV), and flat black/white for things like a 1 color imprints on specialty items. You may also want a two-color version using the Pantone Matching System.
