Customer Retention(SMS Marketing) using sales analytics via Clover API

Develop a customer analytics/retention engine using existing and historic sales data resided in Point of Sale system which will enable owner to target customers which are lapsed (e,g customer who did not visit in more than 3 weeks (can be customized)), strengthen existing regular customer relationship and order flow by targeting them by sending reminder or offers etc.

- Automatic offer sending based on customized rules
- Automatic new menu item notification
- Automatic analysis of slow sales (Rev) week and prompt user to do offer to bring customers in
- Automatic sign up customer with rewards when user enters their phone # into system
- Customize rewards program to earn points
