Game Developer to assess an existing Android RPG Game

We had a deal with a company to provide us an RPG mobile game for android but was not finished. They provided the source codes and other items and we need someone to assess if these materials are still relevant and may be used to continue the project or we would need to start again from scratch just to launch an RPG Game.
