We seek a talented web designer with Front End & Back End knowledge with FIVE separate jobs:

ABOUT US:
We are a Virtual Reality Tech Lounge. (Play Virtual Reality Games)

OUR WEBSITE PLATFORM?
Our website is ran on squarespace but aimed there from godaddy.


YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS JOB:

* Our clients need a simpler way to book online in groups.

* Our clients need to see pricing in reflect in real-time when booking.

* Our clients need to have their own Profiles to log into.

* Our clients need to see how much time they have left on their account with their monthly membership plans.


JOB 1:
THE SCHEDULING/BOOKING PROCESS:
At the moment, we are using Acuity scheduling, which is great for what it does. However, it can only book one person at a time.

Our facility can house 4 people at the same time. Basically, 4 people in a group should be able to book at the same time. Acuity offers no such way to book 4 people at the same time.


JOB 2:
DURING SCHEDULING - BOOTH AWARENESS:
EXAMPLE: Our scheduling should be able to recognize, when our facility only has two spaces available, thus, a group of 4 people, will be aware they cannot book for 4 people, because there is only two spaces available at the time they have selected. But, system makes them aware - when the 4 spaces WILL BE available - something as simple as looking at the calendar block should fix this.

JOB 3:
REAL-TIME PRICING:
We also have different price schemes. Children are charged $10 for 15 minutes and adults are charged $15 for 15 minutes.

When our customers schedule online via our website, we need that pricing information (along with any discounts) to reflect this information in realtime to our clients and make them aware.



JOB 4:
TIME TRACKING:
Our business offers monthly memberships. This monthly membership grants our customers a lump of time, they can use, when they stop by to play VR.

Should the customer not use all their minutes in that month, it rolls over into the following month, adding into that months pool of allotted time.

Our customers need a way to see this in a simple (infograph sort of way) We need a way to input the time or system get the time automatically from our online software we use to manage our VR games and playtime.


JOB 5:
PROFILE CREATION:
For our customers to have access to the time pertaining to them, we are assuming they would need a log in account. This is where the profile job comes in.



MOCK UPS:
I will share images of our mock up design. We had a website developer on this job (he is the gentleman who created our awesome site) however he is not available at the moment.

Last we spoke, we were discussing, how he was going to look into open source code in git hub and other sources to see if there is some available code we can use and a way to expedite development time and decrease our costs to stay within budget.

The graphically done mock up is for the time management.
