Ninja Virtual Assistant for Long Term Project

Hello,
I am looking for a super precise and organized virtual assistant for a long term role with monthly salary to assist me in managing my writers and illustrators and making sure deadlines are delivered every week.

You must:

- You must be super precise and organized. If you have OCD for details, welcome.

- You must be very responsive. I will always expect a reply from you any day of the week within 12 hours from my message maximum (if you are on the other side of the world). But if you are in my side (Europe), I will expect always a reply within 6 hours no matter what day it is.

- You must have some background as a writer/editor for a magazine

- Ideally you must be an english native speaker, although this is not so essential. But english native speakers will be preferred. If you are not a native speaker, I expect you to write better than a native speaker (which generally isnt that difficult).

- You must communicate in a professional manner

- You must know how to use WordPress

- You must have some basic knowledge of photo editing applications

- You must be comfortable working with Traditional topics

- If you are under 30yo better but not essential

Your tasks will be:

- To communicate with the writers in my team, assigning them the articles and get back to me with the drafts on scheduled days

- to coordinate in between writers and illustrators and making sure the illustrator work is aligned with the writers

- to find, resize, rename images

- to upload final articles on wordpress

Since you will be working with me directly I will be super picky and annoying in choosing the right person.
