Filemaker developer to fix problems in existing database

We have training videos with broken file path errors. once we have access to all videos, we want to change the way we view, access and organize the videos.

We will give access to the database , please take a look and let us know what you think.
Once we get the file path error fixed, and we can view the videos again, we basically just need to be able
1. easily add new videos
2. easily add test questions to the new videos.
3. limit what videos are seen by what employees based on their rank ( laborer or foreman)
4. be able to sort videos by type.

Theres currently a system in place, but its very tedious and not well built. so were looking to have it redesigned to make it administrator friendly.
