Seeking Full Time Virtual Assistant for a private Real Estate Company. Ideal candidate will be looking for long term employment. The job will involve learning how to manage closings, do title abstracting, coordinating closings with sellers, creating closing paperwork and reviewing, payment processing.

Qualifications

- Able to work 10 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (California) Weekdays and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturdays.

- Comfortable calling sellers to send in their documents and relay information

- Great attention to detail and organization

- Positive attitude and a problem solver
