POD Designer&VA

I am searching for a Designer creating Tshirt designs.

You should be capable of:
-creating creative graphic designs referring to given keywords
-typography
-working independently
-speaking/writing proper english
-using google/Instagram/printerest/.. for research
-using excel and Google drive

I am searching for a long term working relationship, as the designing part is getting too much workload for me right now and I would like to focus more on research and keywords.
