HEYFRIDA is a clean eating wellness brand for people following the low carb diet. We make it easier for our customers to stick to the diet, by creating convenient low carb products, a sense of community and inspiring content.

We are a fast-paced, high-growth team looking for smart, ambitious people who share our passion for health & well-being to join our team!

We are looking for an assistant to the CEO that will support her in many different tasks. Please see below some of your future responsibilities

Responsibilities

Engage with our community and followers in a witty, warm and knowledgeable way.
Grow HEYFRIDA presence in online and offline low carb communities
Research projects (competitor, pricing, blog content)
Customer support
Organization of CRM
Other ad-hoc organizational support
Organize files
Make online inventory orders
Upload Social Media posts at correct times
Find Micro Influencers addresses in US
Manage tasks and coordinate calendar
Research work (looking up events/ keto companies/people/articles)
Generate Shipping Labels
Engage with Customers and Keto people on Social Media and Forums
And many other organization/administrative support
