Android OCR Java Module (embossing, non embossing credit card, korean ID card, driver licence)

1. Contents of task
- Development of Android module.
- Lost and Found Matching Android App,
Bounding operation is carried out at the client.
- If the user has used the result module, the camera native will run automatically.
- Embossed text card and Non embossed text card Information should be automatically extracted and received within 3 seconds of camera execution.
- If the image cant recognition or recognition more than 3 seconds long then users should be able to edit text directly
- Based on performance at a level that is capable for extracting more than 90% when tested in a typical environment.

2. Details
- Android SDK need to tailored to a min of 26, target of 28.
- English, numbers, and Korean should all be recognized and supported.
- Key information in the DB must be encrypted and stored.
- Need to apply security solutions to produce results.
- Server costs are excluded from the cost.

3. Deliverables
- Android Java module
- Secure decryption library.
