I would like to have an acquisition tool for our website where a customer can fill out an online questionnaire and get directly after completing a result (a grafic; one of 4 possibilities) which he can also download as a PDF file. The summary is made from a index number each question and a indicator at the end.
This Application do i use in my wordpress website, and i would like to have the possibilities to change questions, index code, fonts, colors and grafics my self. is that possible?
