Data Mining to build target contact list

As a new start-up improving the standard of care for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers and families with a mobile app to assist in daily activities, communication and schedules, we are looking for a talented data mining professional to help build our target list of assisted living communities and home health agencies and companies. Tapping into key decision makers at those companies and obtaining valid email addresses is of the utmost importance. Weve looked at zoominfo, hoovers, uplead etc... but feel that using a pro at Toogit might be the most cost / time efficient.
