Urgent Cisco & Fortinet Engineer

I am looking for a Cisco and Fortinet Engineer to help me. I am not able to communicate with my firewall from the Cisco Switches. The hyper-v virtual machines can access all talk to each other but can not access the firewall.

This was previously working but I am not sure why it is not any longer

Internet --->Fortinet 100E HA Cluster ---> standalone Cisco 3560E --> HyperV Host
