Locked Out of My Hotmail Account

I am trying to recover my Microsoft Hotmail account. I stored my password for it in my old computer originally before its hard drive overheated and the computer became unusable. I bought a new computer a few days ago that works a lot better but I forgot my Hotmail password. I am trying to recover it and was able to create a recovery Hotmail since there was none originally, but I have still been locked out of it because I cant even come close to remembering my password nor the exact titles very Batum of the 5 or so most recent emails that I sent according to Microsoft Hotmail. I dealt with so many people daily via this email since it was used for both business and personal reasons that it is hard to remember all my email Ver Batum. I have important personal information and business documents on there that I definitely need to access so not having access has been a huge problem for me.

I also regret not having my phone number connected to my Hotmail as a backup. I have tried everything but nothing has been working. Please let me know approximately when you can recover my account and give me a quote of how much it would cost me.
