Need creative animator for trippy/cartoon videos

I am looking for a creative and skilled animator who has experience in making cartoons. I can supply the artwork that should be animated, but also would like someone who can create the art if needed. Also would like to combine cartoon animation with real video. These videos will be used for music videos, and potentially a small video series.

Please only respond if you have experience in cartoon animations, and when responding to this job post please send your top 3 pieces of work along with the time it took to create them as well as the total cost.
