Revit people can you work on this Residential House?
I need you to start and finish right away
I have Plans in PDF format and photographs I want a Revit model.
Everything in Revit has to be in English NO exceptions.
Note All handwriting on plans to be ignored.
Note: There are a few discrepancies from the pdf plans and photos (try and make the model reflect the photos.
No realistic rendering required.
No subbing the person I hire is the one doing the Revit modeling
There are 3 levels lowest one is called the Basement (Mostly below finish Grade)
then there is the Main Floor level (above the lowest also called Basement Level and is just above the Finish Grade)
Then there is an Upper Level (above the Main Floor Level)
The contract Deliverable is an as-built Revit Model
