eLearning/LMS Consultant And Solutions Architect

We are a corporate skills development organization seeking to migrate our training program to an online portal. Up until now we have focused our corporate training on in-person seminars and boot camps, but as a result of COVID-19 and social distancing, we need to make adjustments. We need an online instructional tool that allows instructors to engage with corporate trainees in a personal way.

We are looking for an eLearning consultant with extensive experience in deploying creative eLearning solutions. We would like to evaluate various e-learning platforms (Google Classroom, Canvas LMS, etc.) in order to determine which platform best supports our requirements.

This engagement will consist of 3 phases:

1. Needs analysis and discovery. We expect 1 or 2 phone calls up to an hour in length while we explain our needs and you ask whatever questions that may arise.

2. Platform analysis - evaluate at least 3 separate platforms in light of our requirements. Document how each platform meets each need. In cases where a platform does not meet a requirement out of the box, provide workarounds or alternative solutions.

3. Any follow up analysis that may or may not have arisen during the prior phase.

In your proposal, please list at least 3 platforms that you have experience with and intend to evaluate.

The hourly rate for this project depends largely on the experience and qualifications of the person submitting the proposal. We are willing to pay a fair price for someone with the right expertise.
