Experienced developer needed for a ReactJS/Redux/Bootstrap app development

Zarv is building the next generation of AI coaching for esports players, using ML and computer vision. Our mission is to create an ideal environment for gamers to improve together.

We played video games for 15 years, and are veteran players of League of Legends, Dota 2 and Counter-Strike. We quickly realized that no matter how much time we spent watching Youtube videos, browsing stats websites or reading written guides, we didnt improve as fast as we wanted. That is why we are bringing comprehensive real-time coaching to esports in order to help players master the highly complex games they love.

Opportunity
We are looking for a front end developer with extensive knowledge and experience in order to help us implement Zarvs coaching system. To fit our needs, you should have proven records of developing high quality, responsive, sleek, animated and fast applications, be very meticulous and look to achieve pixel perfectness, as well as have very good communication skills in English. Note that you will report directly to our CTO.

Skills:
Extensive experience with front-end development
High proficiency with HTML, SCSS, JavaScript (ES9) and ReactJS
Experience with Redux, Bootstrap and NodeJS
Experience with GraphQL a plus
Proven record of building and debugging high quality, scalable, responsive and animated UI/UX
Meticulous, able to deliver pixel perfect solutions
Professional work ethic coupled with sound judgment
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English

Task
The task consists in implementing an application that contains a few different pages and several components. As this application will lay the base of our future work, we want to work very closely with you such that we can validate your choices and decisions, especially when it comes to design and best practice.

A complete and interactive design prototype in Adobe XD
A complete design specification in Zeplin
Availability to answer your questions and discuss blocking issues at any time

Your task
Use best practices and main coding conventions
Define and integrate our custom Bootstrap theme
Define inner components architecture
Implement components and state logic
Implement components rendering and animations

Process
Report and sync with us twice a week over a call
Regularly sync the project on Github
