Need assistance with setting up VoIP in the cloud for remote use, no phone hardware (cloud based VoIP only):

We tried to set up free trial with Google once before to host 3CX. Would like assistance with obtaining free trial and understanding if cost of service will be a concern/how it works.

1) set up Google Cloud to host free use of 3CX
2) once set up, assist with providing steps to:

A) instructions for employee(s) to download and install 3CX for our company
B) assist with first time set up phones and extensions for use with 3CX
