Process Bitcoins developer.

This is for processing coin help. I had to remove four digits to the numbers in the balances for this post this site had code issue and would not post code, just add four digits to total in balances with numbers to see closer amounts. Or click link to blockchain to see balance.
Here is some more information about what I think I need to do. Sorry for my confusion Im not sure how to process these coins but I believe there are coins to be processed.
I need help to process newly generated coins with balances.
I TRIED CODE. I received these error messages.

And these messages in browser server when I run it.

Then I reduced fee
array(1) { [error]=> string(37) Error signing and pushing transaction }

I have made the balance call it gives balance info with my api to my blockchain wallet. I have done the list call. In the list there are addresses with newly generated coin with Unable to Decode with balances as you can see by the links. Do you know how to decode coins?

I never did a get request for my blockchain wallet when I received these coins. I tried the get request today at my website and I received the please send payment to response in the broswer. but no addresses showed up. Which I would think the payment is already sent to the address connected to my xpub key in my wallet.
QUESTION AND CLUES FOR THE TREASURE HUNT
These coins in my wallet seem to fit this description.
From the treasure hunt info pages it explains how to process these coins. Would you know how to do this?

In paragraph three of the 1st page of papers, it says the output is not linked to an address. Unable to Decode its a valid transaction though. To spend it you need to find a value has sha 256 next page top of page says It turns out thats the hash of the genesis block, so someone was able to create a valid input that spent it, This transaction was probably a treasure hunt.

Please let me know how long you think this could take and if you know what is needed.
Im working on limited funds, but if the coins were processed it would be better for all involved.
