Develop Stray animal ID app

Develop the database structure, front end and back end.
The app will be use to capture the identification of an animal via its snout pattern and also store personal details about the animal.
Develop the scan functionality that recognise the animals snout pattern (like finger pattern) and link it to its unique data.
Design and develop the UX/UI.
Enable ingest of external data sources (veterinary clinics/shops/shelters/parlours/hospitals).
This app will replace the chip technology.
