Consultant Needed for WHM cPanel Setup for Changing IP Address & Troubleshooting

We are looking to fix IP reputation issues by changing our IP in WHM and reconfigure our cPanel to reflect those changes (hostwinds VPS). We need handholding on how to check for a clean new IP and making this transition happen, and anticipating all issues before we implement the changes. Once completed, we need you to review the DMARC, SPF, DKIM records are correct. (Our mx is on 1 server, web content on another, + we use Infusionsoft)
