Email Marketing Expert Needed for Software Development Firm

I need an email marketing expert that will send out on average 300+ emails/messages every business day for a software development agency.

Our firm specializes in web & mobile app development, blockchain, AI, e-commerce and product strategy.

These leads need to be solid leads and need to be imported in our Hubspot/mailchimp account so we can successfully manage campaigns. These leads cannot be random leads. They should be either CEOs, partners, or members of the company who manage the technology department who are able to make technology implementation decisions.

The email marketer must be proficient in A/B testing of the different email content and understanding which emails work and which dont.

The email marketer must be able to edit and create content for these emails.
