Copy & Paste to separate doc using single-click, plus basic user formatting

I need desktop app for labeling a series of photos with a single-click that would copy, paste and (with option) advance to the next photo (with equivalent of Alt+N command.)
The pasting is to occur in a separate Photo program, where the cursor has been previously inserted into the desired field, with next photo option placing the cursor in same field of the next photo, so that the only action needed to label successive photos would be to left-click on the appropriate caption from my database.
