BTC and ETH accounting. PHP programmer needed with Crypto knowledge

I need a php programmer that can finish my PHP project. I purchased an off the self product that seems to work for my needs but there needs to be additional modifications.

If you accecpt this job then I will provide a video that outlines exactly what is needed in fine detail.

There are about 12 items to this project. But I want to do then one at a time.

The main item that needs to be focused on is the transfer of BTC from the company wallet to the individual

The program already will show a credit of the BTC to the customers account. The BTC is not in the customers wallet but instead all customers BTC are held in one company wallet. If we were to transferr tiny amounts of BTC to each clinet then that would cost a lot of money. So what we do instead is keep the BTC in one company wallet and show the balance of the customers account to him. Once the customer has a minimum balance of .01 BTC then he has the option to transfer the BTC to his personal wallet. We need this feature added that will allow the customer to transfer his BTC to his personal wallet address. The system needs to transfer the BTC from the company wallet into the customers wallet then update his account to show his widthdraw.

The project has several moving parts and too difficult to explain all of them here. I would like to find a person that can work with me on an on going basis and attack each issue one at a time.
In other words we need to take it step by step and issue by issue.

Each issue that needs to be added or enhanced will be considered a new milestone. After we discuss the requirements then we will agree on a new price and set a new milestone. We will pay based on each issue that is solved.
