Python/PHP developer needed for web application that integrates with Google Analytics

We want to build a web application that allows users to sign up with their Google account and connects their Google Analytics.

Reports will need to be extracted from Google Analytics and after some data processing, to show metrics on a dashboard.

Developer needs to build:
1. Dashboard to show stats extracted from Google Analytics and queried from our internal database
2. A website tracking snippet that captures IP address of visitors
3. Query third party app via API call to identify certain details about the IP address
4. Integrate rrweb.io (Open-source project) onto users websites and store all returning information to our database
5. Display data received from rrweb.io on our application on a secondary menu
