Windows program to log data coming from telnet port of different IP addresses to excel sheet

I want a windows based program to be made which should receive the data available on telnet port of different IP addresses and save it in a excel file. The features of the program should be:
1. I should be able to specify the IP addresses with telnet ports and also a substitute name for it.
2. I should be able to specify the filename in which the data need to be logged.
3. I want the locking feature in the software. For example, a trial version should work for 1 month only. And should work further only after activation code is entered.
4. The program should do the logging in the background. Not that it has to be kept active on screen to log.
5. Option to append or re-create the file.
6. There should be a good welcome screen for the program.
7. The installation should be setup based.
8. The data coming from the telnet port is ASCII values and can be 4-5 fields separated by a delimiter character.
9. There should be option to include system date and time along with the data.
10. maximum of 12 IP addresses should be supported.
11. Option the log the data into same worksheet or create separate worksheet for every IP address.
12. If the worksheet for every IP address is different, then the name of the sheet should be the substitute name given for the IP address.
