React JS Developer to build Dashboard for existing API

Looking for a strong React JS developer to work with me on developing a Dashboard for an existing API.
My preference is to first develop components in something like storybook, then connect to live API.
This project will require live sessions of working with me to develop this dashboard. I anticipate there will be several 2-4 hour sessions using Visual Studio Live Share and/or Zoom.

I also prefer to use hooks where possible. Strong UI/UX experience would be helpful
