Looking for an AI and big data expert / scientist to help prepare our R&D funding application

We are recruitment platform that will soon do psychological profiling of jobseekers using big data. We are now building the R&D team from scratch. Initially, we are looking to work with a data scientist who will help us with the initial planning stage of the project as well as completing our R&D funding application. There is also possibility for a long term collaboration to build the product post funding.

We are in the process of preparing a R&D funding application which includes:

Product / Process Description
Technology to apply and technological innovations of the product / service
R&D strategy. Protection of industrial property
Technological and industrial capacity of the company
Justification of the project budget
Concrete example

While we are able to handle the Company specific narrative required, we need a data expert, that will explain clearly and with the right jargon, using tables & charts, how the backend of data analysis and use will work.
The right person is likely to stay in the team long term and become a partner to the project.


Our requirements are:

- Understanding of the data architecture of an AI project and ability to demonstrate it with concrete examples, charts and the correct jargon.
- Experience in preparing funding applications / presentations.
- Understanding psychological profiling & behavioural science.
- Familiarity with micro learning environments.
- Native level written English.
