Buildings detection from 2D satellites images inorder to reconstruction as 3D model

I would like to do my project focus on image processing and computer vision with deep learning to detect buildings from 2D satellites maps using Matlab or python to determine and detection buildings and rooftop print, in order to reconstruct the model as 3D model, using LiDAR and cloud point, could be used
