Looking for Testing/QA of a new mobile app project

We are developing a new app that requires QA/Testing for it.
Need the person/agency to do the following:
1. Be part of daily meetings with the app dev team
2. Create test cases and scenarios for Unit testing and UAT Testing
3. Advise on free/cheap tool to manage test process
4. Provide ideas to improve the app or experience

Project is expected to go live by June but just like any IT project, we may face delays
So this might stretch beyond 1 month. But will look to onboard for 1 month at first.

Since it is a startup project and so we are low on budget, we will have to pass on pricey bids unfotunately.
