Radio / Electronics Engineer required to help design WiFi Access Point

We are a UK Telecommunications Company who have always adopoted Cloud Technology. We traditionally sold Open Mesh WiFi Access Points (Now Datto) - but we are tired of reselling another product are wanted to look at the possibility of launching our own WiFi Access Points which will be cloud managed. We have a developing who will be configuring the cloud-side, but we need a highly skilled engineer to assist with designing, consulting on the realistic costs and how to source a manufacturer within East Asia to make the product, and to product all specifications required e.g. PCB design, component requirements, testing etc.

We are looking to make a product with a similar approach as Cisco Meraki - e.g. high quality components, good design and easy on the eye.

Product Requirements:

1. Ability to be remotely managed (I will assume this is more of a firmware requirement?)
2. 802.11ac MU-MIMO 2x2, a 3x3, and a 4x4 Version maybe
3. 802.3af/at PoE Support (10/100/1000Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet)
4. 12v Power Supply ability
5. 2nd 10/100/1000Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet for LAN Passthrough
6. VLAN Support
7. Possible BLE Support (with 3x3 & 4x4 Model)
8. Multi-Colour LED Indication
9. Hardware WatchDog Chip
10. Dual Flash Partitions for safe Over-The-Air Upgrades
11. IP55 Casing (Rectangular design similar to Meraki MR33)

This is a long term project that will involve several technical members on the team.
