Retaining Wall Plan Takeoffs - Ongoing Work

Find more Architecture remote jobs posted recently Worldwide

We are a retaining wall construction company
To prepare cost estimate for projects we tender we generally need to get the plans/drawings marked up and takeoffs entered on a spreadsheet.
This is normally straightforward - does not require any prior experience in estimating.
Normally all that is required is the wall number, type, height and lengths are measured and written on the plans and entered onto a spreadsheet table.
The actual material quantities and cost calculations will be done by us in house and are not required - we just need the overall wall area quantities and the length and height of the walls marked up on the plans
Spreadsheet template and sample completed marked up plans for reference.
Also we often need these completed within a 2-3 day turnaround - we are looking for someone who can complete the takeoffs within a few days notice consistently
