3d Texture artist needed for indie game project (what else is new)

Need someone who can make textures better than me! Kind of at a point right now where the less I say the better. What I mean by that is that my project is still pretty malleable and I have room for more complex stuff to be added... but only if it makes sense for the Title. Since I cant find something like a repository for texture artists and their work, Im throwing this out to see who bites. Im located in San Antonio, TX, and would prefer to work with someone nearby so we could actually meet up and communicate... but at the end of the day, what matters for me as far as whomever I hire is that the game be captivating as I know it can.

Bonus points if you are experienced in Unreal Engine, or at least know how to work with its wonky importing and exporting habits (theyre wonky to me).

The budget is probably going to be pretty upwardsly fungeable... what Ive listed is kind of the minimum Im expecting. The final decision on the budget will be made with council from my artist/artists and feedback from you with, again, the value of the finished product being the final decider. When this project is over we should be rolling straight into another one.
